Active Employment Solutions, LLC is responsible for paying, withholding and transmitting payroll taxes; making unemployment contributions, and workers’ compensation.
Temporary:
This service is used when you have a temporary staffing need caused by a vacancy or when you need additional help. We can cover for an employee that has to be out of their position for a day, replace a key person while they are out for an extended time period, or if you need additional assistance for a peak period or project.
Temporary to Hire:
This service is used when you have a position available and you would like to have an employee work on our payroll for a probationary 2 week period before you hire them directly. This flexibility allows you and the employee to see if its a best fit during the probationary period and better determine the fit before making a hiring commitment.
